It’s time to dive into my EdTech toolbox and take inventory of the best web-based resources for science teachers!
I taught science for 7 years, so this episode includes several resources that I personally used in my classroom.
There are a LOT of tools to consider. To make things a little easier, I’m organizing these resources into three categories:
- Vocabulary tools – Science is full of unique vocabulary. Mastering these terms is critical if students are going to master the concepts they represent.
- Concept mapping – making connections between ideas is a critical part of science inquirry. These tools will help identify those connections.
- Learning resources – tools that help bring scientific concepts to life!
